All construction furnishes and accessories are of the highest quality. From the solid construction of the home, jacuzzi tub, tile floors, all the way to the appliances and air conditioners. Most furnishings have been bought in Costa Rica from the local shops and artists, so you feel a true Costa Rica experience. Local woods, fabrics and design were used throughout the residence. The house garden includes Banana, Mango, Coconut, Lime, Cashew and Almond trees. The Guanacaste tree on the lot is the largest tree on Jaco Beach and attracts scarlet macaws, iguanas, exotic birds daily.

24/7 SECURITY

Casa Rio Mar provides onsite security for all groups. This service exists to provide all guests with the maximum protection possible to protect not only the house but the belongings of the guests when they are away. We provide this amenity at no extra charge for our guests. The security staff are there to help you with anything you may need, they also clean the pool and gardens every day, set up the beach chairs and umbrella daily. They are happy to call taxis for you and help arrange transportation if needed.
